Honestly, if snoring is an ongoing problem, you should look into "sleep apnea". Its a serious sleep disorder. Snoring is actually a medical problem when its chronic, and its a good excuse if your partner is constantly snoring and youre afraid to tell them. Now you can say youre worried about their health, and they should see a doctor!

Well my husband does some at night, usually if I shake him a little he will quit. Snoring can be caused by several different things like smoking, being over weight and/or sinus and breathing problems. I have heard that the little things that you can clip on the top of your nose can reduce the snoring at night and help you breathe better.

I have slept on the couch more times than not. The issue is I would rather sleep with him in the bed, but I have to get some sleep too.

I do. A lot and loudly but I go to bed hours before my husband does because I still work and he is retired. He SAYS it's not an issue but sometimes I think it is. In fact, sometimes I even wake myself up so it must be bad!
