George Washington Carver is often associated with peanut better but people fail to realize that is he did way more that just experiment with peanuts and potatoes. For example if u ever go to visit Tuskegee university the contributions made by Washington are evident. He was accepted into the University of Tuskegee to direct the agricultural research and in developed many products such as making rubber from potatoes during world war I which helped the economy and finally he inspired the gilded Age.
