Then you can change things like changing the way users log in.

There should be a question of somesort in your control panel|user accounts that asks you if you'd like to remove your password or not.
(For Windows XP)
>>Go to Control Panel
-User Accounts
-Click on your Account
-Then it should say something about removing your password.

You can easily do that with either Yahoo or MSN Hotmail, Take out the Messenger for Hotmail MSN or Yahoo messenger for Yahoo, those will automatically get you onto your email without a log in.
