Things must have changed over the years. I used to be a manager for a Domino's Pizza in Melrose Park, IL. and the full amount of the delivery fee was given to our drivers. At the end of their shift we would count up the delivery tickets they had, multiply that by the delivery fee and they would receive that amount on top of whatever tips they may have received. If that's no longer true then it truly has turned into crap.
