I'm really confused about whats going on with my body because this is my first baby. I just want to know if this is a problem. Thanks

As long as the discharge doesn't have any bright red blood in it, it is perfectly normal. Discharge increases significantly during the last few weeks of pregnancy as your cervix starts to thin out to prepare for the birth. It may even be tinged with a SLIGHT amount of blood, most likely dark/brown in color, which is just fine too, but do mention it to your Dr. at your next appointment. Congratulations, you are nearing the end, and hopefully soon you'll be starring into the eyes of your beautiful baby :)

It is your mucus plug. Your body is getting ready to have the baby. Don't worry about it. No problems at all. Everything is going fine.
