everytime i do it, the jiz doesnt always all come out. i think i have it all out but later it feel as if and it is stuck in my pipes at the base area of my love machine.
it sucks because it will keep me going to the bathroom sometimes for hours till i get relief.
what the F can i do about this? yes im serious.

The only practical thing to do is see your doctor for a referral to a urologist to see what's going on.
