I really doubt it. I guess we can't ask George, since he's dead and all :( , but he seemed pretty loyal. The lyrics would be a little weird, also, if they were written for her. They don't sound that they were written for anyone in particular. By the way, your questions are amazing. I think you're like officially my favorite person on Y! Answers.

According to A Hard Day's Write by Steve Turner, Harrison was reading I Ching, the Chinese book of changes, and decided to write a song about the first words he saw, which were "Gently Weeps."

This song is about how George Harrison views the world. While my guitar gently weeps, is a metaphor how George is so sad about the world and tries to teach us through slow sad songs
