We have been together for 12 1/2 years, but I seem to love him more now than I did or thought possible, when we first got married. Is it possible to feel that in tune with someone when you already have a great connection?

Yes its possible. You've grown more together and probably been through a lot more stuff by now. You know him better now and probably trust him more too. That all makes a difference. I think it would be weird if you didn't love him more now.
Congratulations to you for having such a wonderful marriage.

YES!! My husband and I are having our first wedding annivesary in 2 months and it hasn't been easy (if you know what I mean). I almost died last year (literally) and we almost got divorced a couple of times. But in the end, we survived what most married couples would perhaps go through in a life time! I think we are MUCH more in love now then we have EVER been! Plus the love making is a million + !!

Well. This gives me hope, although I have been through enough in life to know that you are the exception to the norm. Unless vodka and Prozac are in heavy use here, and this post is genuine, I wish you a continuing happiness in your marriage. May it be a beacon of good wishes to all.

Sure, I have been with my wife 17 years and the ups and downs have made us closer and our love deeper.

We know that we can count on each others love and support.

Plus she's still really sexy. Sexier now that when we first started dating

Well, sure, because he's probably making alot more money now, and you are probably not as good looking as you were back then, so you realize he's the best you can get at this point.

It's possible, but more likely you have become more dependent on him for everything and that's not healthy.
