i know how to uninstall sims 2 and pets its just i dont have the cd any more and it wont let me uninstall it i tried uninstalling sims 2 and it worked it just wont let me uninstall sims 2 pets since i dont have the cd pets. i went to add/remove files and the file isnt found..so how can i uninstall it?

well if you cant find it in add/remove, then maybe it is already uninstalled and the icon is just still there and you need to delete that

When you uninstalled the Sims 2 the Sims 2 Pets also got uninstalled.Sims 2 Pets was a added feature of the Sims 2.If you have a icon just delete the icon.Hope this helps.

You Cannot uninstall an expansion pack without uninstalling the whole sims. it tells u so in the directions. So u will have to uninstall the whole sims 2 then reinstall without the expansion pack. And if you do not have the original Sims 2 disc then you are out of luck sorry.

A possibility; in the directory where the game was installed, (Commonly: C:\Program Files\EAGames\Sims Pets) there should be an uninstall icon. Clicking this should do the trick, else what Angel said, it's probably gone, all that's left is deleting the remaining files.

go to start - control pannel - add remove programs - and find sims 2 pets
if its not there u can go to start - mycomputer - "local disk C:" - program files - EA games (or maxis im not sure) - the simes - then find the folder that belongs to sims 2 pets and delete it
