Maybe for a few seconds.
But I would not want to keep the teddy bear afterwards. Rebember that we are talking about a pouch that baby kangaroos are born into and stay in for several weeks after birth.

I doubt it... I mean if you were sitting on the couch with a teddy bear in your lap, would you think it was your dog? No.. because it isn't warm like a living creature and has no movement.
But... it would look cute peeking out of the pouch.
