how did jim let pam leave with roy, especially after that look she gave him while he was dancing? i love the office but they need to give me more than a look. they are obviously great writers so why cant they write some way to save the show while pleasing the audience and getting pam and jim together?? any thoughts?

I KNOW!! Everyone knows that once a long-suffering couple gets together on a show, it goes down the tubes, but I really, really, REALLY, just want Pam and Jim to stop being stupid. Somebody should tell Pam that Jim still loves her and somebody should tell Jim that Pam is interested in him. I just want to hit them both over the head. It's frustrating.

Okay, my idea is that someone (probably Michael) finds out how Pam feels about Jim and lets it slip to Jim. That could be fun for a while as Jim watches Pam to see if Michael is for real and if Pam does like him. Then, Jim can spend some time trying to figure out whether to go for it with Pam or stay with Karen. Once he decides that Pam is the only one for him, he can come up with some cool way of asking her out. Pam will dump Roy, who will find comfort in the arms of Meredith (hee, hee, hee) and then we will have several weeks of them keeping their relationship a secret, at the end of which Michael will unintentionally send out a memo outing their romance to everyone. Dwight will attempt to give Jim sex advice and Kelly will pressure Ryan to get married before Pam and Jim do :) Sounds good to me.

BUT
idk if pam and jim get together
like thats the end of that story ya know?
i think the writers are somewhat worried that if that ends
they could lose a portion of their fans...
