G'day,
From all 4 countries that you mentioned, Australia would probably the cheapest in regards to living standard and education cost. The qualification are recognised world-wide and all universities in Australia must have a very good material and teaching support to be able to offer their course to international students. Therefore whichever uni you are going to in Oz, it will have the same quality and recognition.
Job prospects... hmmm unfortunately I have not got much info in your area of study and expertise.
Once you have successfully completed your study, you can apply for a permanent residency.

us,if that particular country allows your student visa to be converted into job visa ,you can work their.
