Have any of you or do any of you shave your moustache instead of waxing or bleaching? Do you find your moustache grows back thicker or is there no difference from waxing?

Hi. If you are debating which method to use, then waxing is much much better than shaving as it will pull the hair from the roots. However this is painful and causes rashes. An alternative to this is threading with less pain but some spots after treatment. The best I have found so far is threading using eze-tweeze which is a home threading gadget and it is much less painful and no spots afterwards. Never shave as you will get stubble! Hope this helps.

shaving is an admittance that the hair under the nose is un-natural, and will continue to get thicker,
but after i had 26 treatments of kemo and lost all my hair including my so called moustache, and eyebrows i found out i had beaten cancer and really didn't mind when it grew back. now i just bleach it , i have tried laser and it took some or most away but it was very irritating and caused me to go half nuts with the itching. it was very expensive.

u mean upper lip hair. no, women should never ever shave their upper lip hair. use hair removal cream or waxing or anything else but shaving will make it grow thicker and darker and will end up having a moustache like men

Don't shave your moustache. It caused your skin to get rough and have big pores. And yes, your hair grows back thicker and darker. Wax is the best way. Once you start waxing, you won't go back to shaving. I hate facial hair! Why do women have to have it??

Yes it will make it grow back thicker I don't shave but my mom has a friend that did it and it grows in thick now. Waxing is the way to go it hurts but the more times you do it the less you will have to you hair will grow slower and thinner. I hope that this has helped you.

Don't wax or shave, that will make it grow back coarse and you will have to repeatedly do it. Bleach it, it is much easier. Also, try laser hair removal. It works! One of my classmates shaves, and you can really tell. You know how guys have that coarse hair? That's how hers is.

haha!!! thats when weman get older (mostly) and i think some weman bleach which is quiet common, some weman on the other hand pluck the hair, and some weman wax but its best to go with the plcuk
it will look weird if its coloured and doesn't get rid of the problem of a mustache on weman, best to plck ,becuase waxing may leave a mark for sensitive skin so plcuk if your a woman but thats weird becuase your not

ehem...phew

It doesn't grow back thicker to do this...but if you have dark hair rather than blonde hairs on your face, it will be more noticeable when they grow back in. I would recommend nair, waxing or bleaching in this case.

But if you have light/blondish hairs on your face, shaving is fine.

Many women are faced with this problem.
Shaving is not the way to go.

Form a good relationship with a woman in at beauty shop who can wax you.
It's the best way to go.

Good luck.

I have that problem. I use "Cream Hair Beach-Bleach for Face". They sell it at CVS, hope this helps! It helps me A LOT!!!
And by the way, it doesn't make the mustache white, it makes it invisible. DON'T wax it. verrrrry painful...
