The company has every right to know your full name, address and telephone number, this is for security reasons. They use this information to assure that you are not a computer program, to help identify you if you forget your password and in extreme cases use the information to contact the police.
Msn is a very safe company though with well over 250,000,000 customers.
They never sell on your information hence it is safe.

try, a cell number that is not always on. non checkables like address, age and stuff like that . Who is gonna know if those items are legit or not.
