When you are arrested, then the police, while you are in jail, prepare reports, gather evidence, and take their findings to the district attorney. After reviewing the available information, if the district attorney agrees that there is sufficient evidence to take the case to trial, then the district attorney files a complaint.

So, if there is a complaint, that means the district attorney has agreed to prosecute you. You need a lawyer.

I don't know what a 459b is but I do know a felony complaint is when you have done something serious in the eyes of the law and they are usually followed by a very large fine, long probation or a prison sentence. Get a good lawyer if possible. If you take a court appointed on you will probably go to prison.d
