Whatever he promises at the time of election campaign should be an agreement considering all legal formalities with the governor ( representing public) to be fulfiled in his span of an MP or MLA . If he fails he should be jailed for cheating plus suffer a life time political death.

We need to select our MLA's and MP's on the basis of honesty by nature and the person who love our country,who serve the citizen in grief, who has ability to do hard work for public welfare.
