Yes. It's different for everyone. The opposite happens to me...if I'm super stressed, it won't come or it will be super late.
When my mom is super stressted she spots. Sometimes her period is really early. It just depends.
Talk to your mother first and see if it runs in the family. Then talk to your doctor. My mom's OBGYN found that it didn't cause any serious health risks for her, but there's always a possiblity......
