the pill isn't 100%, take an over the counter test, if you really think you are I would go to a free clinic and get tested, and be sure to tell them that you are on birth control, they may suggest you stop taking it until you are 100% sure you are not pregnant b/c it can cause many risks to an unborn child.

You can tell your pregnant by a pregnancy test.
Stress can throw off your period, and if you are faithful about your birth control chances are slim that you are preggy.

Have you had your period yet. Do you feel sick or more tried than normal . Are your breast tender or are eating more than normal. If you really want to know take a pregnancy test if you really want to know.

if you haven't missed any pills then you shouldn't have anything to be worried about. but if your unsure you can consult your doctor.
