i want my toes 2 match my color options r shimer, shimmery pink, red wine, purple wine, silver, light pink, camel, brown, light peach and eletric blue and i have short nails

Well, if they were long I would say french manicure. It looks most natural and very classy, and very natural.
Otherwise, I stick with pink in the summer, never electric anything because it looks tacky and cheap.
In the winter, though not natural, I think a maroon color looks best because its warm red, not ho red, and it looks so great with jeans.

Darker reds, like wines and maroons look really good on shorter nails and on your toes also, especially in the winter. The shimmery light colors are nice for the spring and summer.

You want to try dark colors at this time u can do lighter colors if those are the colors that best looks good on you. I would probably do the pink

do u mean your toe nails are short? if so, i have very small toes so can get away with wearing a large false thumb nail on it.. weird i know, but if i have a xmas do or special occasion (wearing a dress & open sandals) it does look more glam.
