Whenever I work on cars, always get grease on my shirts. The best thing that we have found to get them out is liquid dishwashing detergent. Pour some on the spot and rub it in, let set, since it has been dried, reapply some more detergent than wash as normal. Do not use automatic dishwashing detergent since these contain bleaching agents

RE:
How do you get grease stains out of khakis and jeans?
Especially if they've already gone through the wash and are set in?

Try a degreaser. You may have to check with a janitorial supply store. I use a cleaner that you can get at Wal Mart named Grease Lightning....yeah corny name, but works great on stains before washing. I have no idea if it would work after its set. Its great for grass stains! Hope that helps!!

It's not going to be easy, but I've had some luck with the stain sticks on the market. I think it was Spray N Wash I used. Use quite a lot and rub it into the stain. Wash with hot water.

Go to any major grocery store and look by stain removers for a group of little yellow bottles...they have a remover for every type of stain. It works for grease! I used it myself.

Make a paste of Dawn and water. Apply it to the stain, and let it sit overnight. Then wash as usual.
