My wages are being garnished and I do not even know why, my company say I have to send an email to their customer service department then the customer service department will send me a letter telling that my wages are going to be garnished. The problem is they are already garnishing me. What should i do.

You have to go to the ones garnishing you. Your company does not DO the garnishing they CARRY OUT AN ORDER to garnish from the courts. They dont need to tell you anything because, you should have all that info from the person who is suing you for it, sent you a summons, went to court & demanded payment. The judge agreed, & told the job to carry it out.

By law, they have to give you a copy of the garnishment order, because you have a window of time to appeal.
