Go see your OB/GYN. I thought I had lost my 1st baby because I started hemmoraging, he put me in the hospital for 4 days on complete bed rest.
My point is, he retested me using urine and blood, both came back negative.....it wasn't until he did a pelvic check that we knew I was still pregnant. He knew due to the size and softness of the lining of the uterus that I was still pregnant.

If a blood test is revealing that your HCG levels are less than 5 then you are definitely not pregnant. I don't know where your period is or why you aren't pregnant but sometimes our cycles just go wacky for no particular reason.

It means you're not having your periods. There are many reasons. A lot of the time it doesnt mean anything. I skipped once for nearly 10 months because of stress, low weight and high activity.

It would have been better if you have mentioned your age and a bit of relative history. It can happen if a mother is lactating. It can happen with certain type of drugs and certain diseases of the uterus and hormonal treatments. and It can happen without any particular cause... especially in perimenupausal women... so as a good patient ...try to consult your gynecologist and a routine checkup including your pelvic ultrasound becomes mandatory...

I lost my period for 6 months because I was too thin. It can happen if you put on too much weight, too, or if you are really stressed out.

STRESS over thinking you are pregnant.
