1. Set up a lemonade stand. Put signs up around the block and sit in your driveway with freshly made lemonade. Sell lemonade for 50 cents a glass.
2. Have a bike or car wash. Vacuum inside the car, wash the tires on the bikes and cars. Ask for a donation from friends and neighbors for the service.
3. Have a bake sale to sell cookies, cakes, candy and other goodies.
4. Have a yard sale. Get rid of old, never used toys, games and books you have read more times than you can count.
5. Make some crafts to sell. Painted wooden picture frames or glass candle holders are popular. You can also paint unfinished wood or paper-mache items. Go to an arts and craft store for more ideas. Use your creativity.

If babysitting doesn't suit you but you like animals, then try pet-sitting! Tell your neighbors you'll watch and care for their pets while they're out of town. Or go to your less active neighbors and offer to walk and exercise their pets.
Maybe when it gets warmer, have a dog wash.
Think of some type of craft you can make and sell.
Offer to take on more chores at home for an increase in allowance.

There was a book I read at your age that had super ideas. A lot of them were what's already been mentioned:
-Snow/grass/leaves removal and other odd jobs
(painting, tree trimming, garbage removal, help people pack and move, etc.)
-pet sitting/walking (good luck if you try to wash!)
-car wash/vacuum
-tutoring
-housecleaning
(dishes, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors/walls, organizing the kids rooms, etc.)
-flyer/newspaper delivery
-yard sale to get rid of stuff you don't use anymore
(ask friends and relatives for donations to the sale)
You could also try to become a PARTY PLANNER.
Organize and run kids birthday parties... lots of parents don't have time or energy to.
Be a POOPER-SCOOPER. Lots of people have dogs and don't enjoy cleaning up the yard after them! I know I don't.
PS. I'd stay away from the crafts/bake sale idea as it costs money to make it and takes a lot of time just to make a couple dollars. And the lemonade stand idea is more for kids 4-8.
Definitely MARKET YOURSELF with flyers on bulletin boards at local stores, schools, seniors buildings, etc. Make sure they have the little rip-off things with your name and number. And give your business a name to make it more professional.
Good luck! Have fun dancing!

You could do odd jobs. Make a flyer and pass around your neighborhood and give to your friends to take to their parents.
you could:
rake leaves, shovel snow, walk a dog, read to a younger child, take out the garbage for an older person. etc.
If you were here right now I would put you to work being my helper. I have my left thumb in a brace and it makes my office work hard to do. you could file forms, put stock away, take boxes to recyling.
Good luck on the dancing. I also danced when I was your age.

Odd jobs for your neighbors is about the only way for you to go. You're too young to get a real job.

you cant get a read job until you are 16, so some odd jobs for people, with all that snow, you could shovel driveways.
