I'm a teenage girl who's style is preppy/classy. I like pretty stuff, but not anything skimpy or sheer. I also am on a budget and can only spend about 15-40 dollars per piece. What pieces have you been happy with lately? Favorite stores? Links would be apreciated, also why you liked them. Thanks!

Debs is one of my favorites. Invest in a pink fitted blazor with a satin bow.

look on the clearence pages of Delias and Alloy. They often have great stuff and 2 for 1 deals. Also Old Navy. GoJane has some really fun shoes for cheap!

Pacsun and American Eagle can be way over the top EXSPENSIVE!
but usually, they have really cute clothes on sale from jeans, polos, tanks, hoodies, shoes, etc.
But if you really want it to be cheap, check out Ross or TJ-Max, the discount stores I go to...
They keep up with the latest styles and everything!

you can actually put a good closet together at wal-mart. If you layer clothes...they dont all have to be name brand. I wear name brand jeans and cheap tops or vice-versa. Forever21 and Charlotte Russe are very affordable. Sales are good for extra pieces too.

forever21.com or wetseal.com their prices are always fair and not too many of their clothes are skimpy. Try the whole layered look
