British universities will charge different (and much higher) fees to students from abroad. £8,000 - £10,000 per annum wouldn't surprise me, but you'll need to check regarding the individual course you want to study for; the website of the uni(s) in question should help.
The other costs (i.e. living expenses) are obviously the same as they are for everyone else, but as the cost of living in the UK is quite high they may be higher than you're used to, if you see what I mean. Again, you can find information online about how much you can expect to spend.
Hope this helps!

Unfortunately yes they are. If you are an international student, the fees are twice as much. This may be because of visa's awarded by Governments. Contact the Universities that you are interested in to find out what the fees are likely to cost you.

University tuition fees are more expensive for overseas students than Home/EU students as UK Universities gain additional grants from the Funding Council on top of the basic fee that they charge the home/EU students. However, these funding grants are not available to Universities for overseas students, therefore, higher fees must be charged to overseas students to compensate for the lost income in respect of the grants.

It is NOT a matter of NATIONALITY, it is a matter of RESIDENCY. A British citizen whose home is abroad and has not resided in Britain a minimum of three years prior to applying to universsity will have to pay higher fees. A person who was born abroad but who has resided in Britain more than three years will pay the same fees as a British student who has lived there all his or her life.

As far as I know it can cost you up to £20,000 a year. However, it depends on the institution, the level of course and the type of course. Some institutions give details of the fees they charge on their websites.
