On Cingular.com you can find a section named Contact Us.

You can go to cingular.com. When you get there its a link you can click on that says about us. There it will tell you a little more about cingular and what they offer. At the bottom it gives you addresses, phone #'s, etc., so you can go from there. I hope this helps you out a little more.

I was just on their site yesterday. Just go through and select the plan and phone you want. You will be guided through the process. It's really not difficult. Be sure to have your credit card handy at check out and you'll be set.

u have to find one of there booths at a local market place (THE MALL) and u talk to the PERSON there
