I had a normal menstraul cycle one month and began another cycle just 2 weeks later. The second menstraul cycle was much heavier than usual. I feel ok, but I am just worried.

Technically, this isn't normal. However, some women will once in awhile have a period cycle that is out of sorts. If this happens just this one time and then you go back to your next cycle (even if it's 2 weeks from now), then I wouldn't be concerned. Usually, it's caused by an ovarian cyst that has resolved on its own. The absence of any other symptoms indicating another underlying problem would lead me to believe that is probably your issue.

If, however, you have bleeding that is extreme or pain that is unusual, then you should go immediately to the doctor. (As in if this period isn't just heavier but is a constant saturation of pads and tampons every hour.)

Also, if you continue to have more periods than you're supposed to or if your cycle continues to be off, then you need to go to the doctor. Please, if it continues, go to the doctor right away. Don't wait. Let them know that you have already waited through 2 cycles and you need to be seen for the problem at this time.

I hope it resolves on its own and you have no further problems.

No, it's not normal. Depending on your age, sometimes your cycle will be off, especially if you have just started your menses. If you have had a menses for awhile, endometriosis has as a symptom, random bleeding between cycles, pain during sex, difficulty getting pregnant. I would wait and see what your cycles do in the next few months, if you have breakthrough bleeding between menses, I would go to the gyno. Good luck.

I would go see a doctor but that happened to me last Summer because of some horribly bad stress.

I say give it time this month, and see what happens next month, if it continues like this maybe you should see your doctor.
