You leave it alone. Often times infants go without hair, or with almost no hair until theyre over a year old.
Leave her alone, this is part of her genetic coding. Her body will cause her hair to grow when its ready to.

My daughter's hair didn't grow for about 2 years. Now she's 5 and has a full head of curly hair. Just let nature take it's course.

my friends baby did grow any more hair until she was almost 7 months old. she had a nice thinlayer until it started to grow. i was always telling her "grow some hair babygirl!" and shed laugh. but now shes starting to really grow that hair at 12 months. sometimes it just takes aawhile for the hair growth stuff in babies to kick in!

I was almost completely bald at 5 months (my parents put me in dresses so people would stop thinking I was a boy), but my hair eventually grew in, and now I have a full head of straight, shiny, black hair. Don't worry about it.

As long as she is getting good nutrition, there's nothing else to do. Just enjoy her sweet little head. Lots of babies don't get a good head of hair til around 2 yrs. old.

most babies lose hair or have no hair untill they are one.
Brush it to increase blood circulation.
Wash and condition well.
Rinse with warm water, then cool to close pores.
Eat healthy.
If you're breastfeeding, take prenatals. It worked for me and baby!

Before you know it you'll be dealing with tangles and hair cuts and hundreds of bows and barretts. Enjoy this simple time while you still can. *wink*
