I bought a down comforter in September. With normal use, the down has shifted toward the bottom of the comforter. I have put the comforter in the dryer with a few tennis balls to no avail. Any further suggestions short of getting a new comforter or getting it professionally cleaned?

You might try taking it to a laundramat, and using one of their big dryers set on low or no air. It would have room to tumble around in to possibly get fluffy.

What I do when I dry my comforter, I put 2 tennis balls in the dryer. The comforter comes out really good.

I had this problem, too. I had to hold the bottom of the comforter where all the down was, up toward the ceiling and let alittle at at time slip through to the other side. You have to kinda sift it through and lighty shake (fluff) it as it leaves your hands.. After it was evenly placed throughout, I layed it flat and manually fluffed each section with my hands by grabbing the underside and top sideof the comforter material and gently, briskfully rubbed them together to seperate the downs individul clumps. It took me about 15 minutes, bu it worked

I would try the suggestion of the laundry mat...But for future purchases....I learned this after buying several comforters over years...
