i have two small kiddos that i have to get ready for daycare also should i just give them away?jk lol

Well the first soultion is getting up earlier. I know that things rarely go well when getting little ones ready to go out. Another thing to do is to prepare the night beofre - have their clothes all ready, books and papers out, etc. Also make lunches in advance. All this adds up to many minutes, and u will be out the door in no time, and miss some of the traffic too

Give the kids away? No.... No.... Bad momy lol, but seriously, I usually set my clock in my car about 10 to 15 minutes faster than the actual time. So when I think that I'm 10 or 15 minutes late, I'm actually on time!

make up a contest for the kids...whoever gets ready first gets something special in the evening...little things will work, like licking the bowl after you mix up a cake mix or helping to pick out the sides for dinner...even if they aren't hurrying for the extra something, they will hurry just to beat their sibling...use the sibling rivalry darlin'

Just try getting up earlier in the mornings. It will be so much nicer when you do not have to rush, and rush the kids.
