NO! Tattoos are definitely not mandatory for NBA players. A lot of them do have them, though, but many others do not (i.e. Dirk Nowitzki, Devean George, DeSagana Diop, D-Wade, Erick Dampier, Tim Duncan, Steve Nash).

Yes. Before the NBA draft there is a bodily inspection in which players must display any tatoos/body art. If a player has none of the above, his is given 48 hours to get a tatoo or else...

Actually, NBA players are born with those tatoos - just like all girls under the age of 25 were born with a tatoo on their backside.

oh no haha. seeing as how stern has nearly banned everything but the team uniforms, one would think he'd try to GET RID of the tattoos. players just like em i guess.... its just a style and since they have the money, why not.
