On birth control pill (3 months) and sometimes I have light bleeding after sex. Is this normal?

I've noticed light bleeding after having sex ever since I've started taking the Pill. I'm taking Yaz, and the light bleeding doesn't happen every time that I have sex. I've been on the Pill for about 3 months. I was wondering if this is a side effect of the Pill or something else? Also, I've only been with one person, and have been sexually active with him for a little over a year. Thanks for your input.

It's perfectly normal. Bleeding is a side effect for first time users. It will go away after awhile. Your body has to get use to the pill, sometimes it will take 6 months.

I don't think it has anything to do with the pill.
