If we go by popularity of the club - it would have to be Barcelona. But if we go by stadium attendance, it is a close tie between Arsenal and Manchester United. In fact in England it is not easy to single out the most support club, simply because the stadiums are always full. Teams in England never play in an empty stadium - even when the so called 'small teams' play each other.

That's a very hard question to answer, because you would think that it would be a team from the EPL or La Liga, but you have to consider littler leagues where soccer is everything, like in Brazil and Argentina, and also have a huge number of fans. I think I read in Sports Illustrated, though, that Manchester United had the most number of fans worldwide than any other professional SPORTS team. Not just soccer, but every other sport you can think of. That's a whole crapload of fans!!

You are all wrong. Clube de Regatas Flamengo in Brazil has more than 10 million fans. It has been world champion once. Sao Paulo Football Club in Brazil has been World Champion 3 times but has much less fans though.

Barcelona and Arsenal definitely. Where I live almost every person thats into soccer owns an Arsenal jersey. The EPL is the most followed over here. Italian footy isn't all that popular :(
