Monday. Hands down. At the start of the week, you will know what will happen for the rest of the week. The weekend just ended and now there's work.

Fridays actually have a tendency to be really busy because everybody's trying to clear off their desks - the worst day is the busy, overwhelming one that just never seems to end. It varies from week to week.
