Simply hold down the Control key when highlighting the text to remove - it will keep the highlight going. Then simply hit delete.
As in Highlight one hyper link then hold control and highlight the next hyper link, then hold control and highlight another ect...

Press Ctrl while highlighting your hyperlinks is generally how you would do it. However this trick won't work with every editor. For example, neither notepad nor wordpad would work. You can use Microsoft Word.

But Word recognizes the .htm files and will hide the html sources. One way to go around this is to rename your file from, say, myfile.htm to myfile.txt, and then edit it using Word as described above.
