I need some foam or rubber sheet about 1/2" thick to put in the drawers of my tool box. I want to be able to cut around my tools and have them sit in the cut-outs in the foam.
Can anyone help?????? Been trying to find some for ages!!!

I think its a roll of Polyurethane foam that your after, I dont live in the U.K anymore so I can't think of an exact place. Where I am they sell this stuff in the rolls in alot of the craft stores or places where they sell fabrics and quilting materials etc. However I would do a search on the net for polyurethane foam or try www.efoam.co.uk they seem to sell all the foam you could want and you can get the shape and thickness to your liking.

Good Luck

You can go to a discount store like Wal-mart and buy foam of any thickness. Fabric stores also have it. Or you can go to a medical supply store and buy a foam mattress pad that is shaped like egg shells that works great for storing things like tools. My husband used it.

I don't think foam is the answer. Check the grocery stores for a shelf liner made of a dense open mesh foam. It comes in a roll.
