i can look around locally for some fee if i do find you a job, say 1/10 of your first year salary as a handling fee, only if you do come and i can help you on the forms needed. but you of course need to get visas, but you can do this with a job at a hospital. which maybe will be easier to do here. You can email me through answers. send me a resume, salary requirements, cover letter. you have to speak english fluently to be a physical therapist. do you?

If you have a degree you can probably get your own work Visa. Contact a US immigration law Attorney.
