Go to your Q&A page, edit info. You have a choice of no picture, a picture from your Yahoo! 360 page and an avatar. If you choose an avatar, click to customize your own avatar. There ya go! :)

go to your Q&A page at the top there. Then go to edit my info, and in there will be something about your avatar. and that's all I can remember man, but follow the links from there, it should be pretty easy.

right click on it(or just click)on your pic and instead of clicking on sharing/changing your avatar you do display/share/change your display image
ps why is this in music?
