i have never voted and never thought much about it till i got turned down for credit because they could not find me on the electoral register how do i get on it and can i do it on line please help

Either contact your local council (you'll get their number / email off their website), or complete the form from them that should arrive annually at your household. I've had my form within the last month or so, so if your council is on the same time-scale it would be worth getting in touch with them.

You need to get in touch with your local council. Your supposed to fill in a form they send out every year or so, don't know if you can do it any other time but the council will know

They send a form out every August that needs filling in and returning. Make sure you fill it in and send it back. How you get on now is to probably contact your local council office.

Let your council know and they wll register you there
& then.
