anyone know this movie with a motorcycle in it?

im trying to find a title of an old 80's movie about a guy on a motorcycle that goes back into time. He amuses the ppl he meets with green glow sticks and i cant remember the rest.

That sounds like 'Timerider' with Fred Ward....

I remember that movie when I was little....(but I only saw a part of it).
