I dont know? I don't cheat them, but I cant...my federal refund is being delayed by 2 weeks because I owe the state a measley $20.94 from 2004!

I have never cheated the IRS. I once knew someone who did and it took him 10 years of them garnishing his wages to pay them back. I am not going to have that happen to me.

i have never cheated them knowingly, i didnt pay one year and had to take care of a $34 tax that was due when i got my mortgage
