There's a service called Dave's Limos (I think). They are one of the few who will shuttle you there. It's expensive and inconvenient. You might be better off taking the commuter rail into 30th St Station, boarding Amtrak to the Airport.

Aren't there SEPTA regional rail services right near there? The R7 goes right into Trenton and then meets up with a NJ Transit train that stops at the Newark Airport. I guess this all assumes that you're not leaving with a lot of luggage. If that's the case, you'll have to call someone like Rapid Rover or something up.

you've probably already booked your flight but in the future Amtrak and Continental Airlines offer joint booking. You can check in at Amtrak's 30th Street Station in Philadelphia at the Amtrak counter and be booked straight through on your Continental flight departing from Newark. It's works great and is so much better than flying out of the worst airport in the US...PHL.
