A bad smell is a big indicator that you need to see a doctor. It is a sign of infection or of a worse problem.
Good luck.

No, but it is a sign of several stds, so you should get it checked out.
While discharge does increase during pregnancy, it definitely does not smell foul.

not necessarily. Most likely you have a yeast infection. It is still possible but I haven't heard of a foul smell when you are pregnant.

discharge shouldn't smell anything and if it does, it won't be offensive.
she needs to see a doctor if she's pregnant because some STDs can cause birth defects and it's irresponsible to allow her condition to continue while she is pregnant.
To know if she's pregnant, she needs to test her urine with a pregancy test, but that may not yield an accurate result if she's afflicted with an STD or other infection.
The best thing to do is go to the doctor.

No. You could have an infection or an STD. Please go to the doctors and get it checked out quickly. If you let something like this go for too long, you can get really sick or end up unable to have children later on.
