Alrighty...
Clinton's Bosnia, Somalia and Haiti deployments right after the 500,000 troop cut in the Army alone was a great thing right?
You sit and talk of lies, Clinton lied under oath. Clinton lied to America when more than 2700 civilians died to terror attacks under his watch and he sat there and said he would make the terrorists pay.
Should I get into other things this man has done? You really don't want me to because I could easily write a book about it. But all you have for Bush is WMD and the Iraq war.
Give me a break. You have no ground and you are obviously lost to the far Left.
Get a Life.

I haven't seen the lies you speak of. Mistakes and lies are two different things. I have seen some mistakes from the Bush admin and it would not surprise me if there have been lies too but until that is shown to be fact I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I can think of some Dems who have been caught red handed in lies but still have support from the left. I know of a couple of people who the Dems have run or will run for president who were caught red handed and I can think of one fan of cigars and BJs who was in the driver seat. If you know who I am talking about then it shows that you too know this is true. BTW I think both parties have lairs and I think both have some who are honest. I think McCain and Lieberman may speak the truth and of those two I might would vote for the Dem.

Citizens accept the lies because they are intellectually lazy. They don't care to think critically about the information given to them and research it to decide for themselves.
Extreme right wingers are especially lazy. They listen to the corporate propaganda on their TVs and go with the flow. I was at a luncheon the other day and struck up a conversation with several people at the table. We started talking first about good books we read. I said I read mostly non fiction about politics, social issues, economics and history so wasn't really up with the latest bestseller.
Another woman there immediately told me that was boring and uninteresting, she read all mysteries and crime thrillers and didn't bother with anything that was "learning," since that wasn't enjoyable. This same woman, not five minutes later, started arguing with the rest of the table about Iraq, Venezuela, US foreign policy, etc. She had a hard right view with absolutely no information to back it up other than she heard it on Fox and Rush. It was laughable. I kept asking her to give references to back up her opinion and she would say, "Everybody knows this, this is fact." She was absolutely hateful and ignorant and truly pathetic.

The problem with lies is you have to tell another one to cover the first one, then another, then another. The cracks in the GOP are getting wider, and big chunks are falling off.

It's easy, because the media, which is largely controlled by the right wing, repeats the lies every day.
