Anytime is a "good" time, Cuba is a beautiful Island, but I would suggest, the Spring... March-May is optimal.. you miss hurricane season and it's not as hot as the summer months. Winter months...Dec-Feb are usually quite packed with tourists looking to get away from the cold harsh winters in their own country.

As far as the weather go, and girls everywhere the best months a July and August, however they tend to be the most expensive season too.
If you just want to go to Cuba to chill out and have some lay low party with out spending too much money, December is the month to go.
Worth time of the year is April and May, all you gonna see is lots of rain!!!
