She is on the record for supporting the death penalty. She was beat up on this by the liberal press, and soon afterward sponsored a bill to require DNA testing before we execute anyone. I'll give her a little credit.

If she were against the death penalty, I'd be very surprised. I'm from Arkansas, and I remember that when Bill was governor, quite a few people were executed.

Hillary is for whatever is popular at the time. If the death penalty is unpopular today, than she is against it. If it becomes popular, than she will be for it.
