They fired him and Jorja Fox ( Sara) in July of 04...and then rehired them. It was over money. I haven't heard anything recently though...

There were some contract issues that he and Jorja Fox had with the network. They were being paid less than everyone else on the show and had decided not to report to the set at the beginning of last season. Basically the network said,"If you don't show up for work tomorrow, you're fired". So they came to work. Personally, I was on George and Jorja's side . It's a slap in the face to know you make considerably less than everyone you work with. From what I've heard they've since received a modest increase in pay. But since then I haven't heard anything about anyone leaving the show. Maybe what you heard had to do with the previous issue.

he is rather tasty... though he's made some poor hair choices in the past. My the wiggy style come over was a particular shocker of reference and, lest we forget, the 'bouf' from hell. He's much better bald. yum And that's comepletley forgetting about the porn'stache'. dear lord, it looked like he'd adopted a pet catapillar for a while.

no he tried to coerce the network into a pay increase and was ordered to report to the set or be fired, he caved.
