If I understand your question you are asking how to lose weight and not gain it right back.
More than likely if you have a history of losing and gaining weight you have done damage to your metabolism.
When it comes right down to it out bodies are not programed to lose weight, and if by chance we do, our bodies are going to eventually get it back and "then some". Typically dieters find that they gain back the weight the lost and even more each time that they diet. In addition to that you need to restrict your caloric intake more and more each time that you go on a diet in order to lose weight. Eventually you have to restict yourself to a starvation diet in order to lose even a small amount of weight and then if you eat anything close to a balanced diet you will gain it right back.
It is not good new is it? But that is the sad fact that the diet industry does not want you to know. The diet business in this country is a multi-billion $ business and they are not going to let go of that. As long as they can convince us that we need to be skinny to be pretty we will continue to starve ourselves to the point where we have ruined our metabolism.
You would be better off from a health standpoint to make peace with your body and not try to lose weight. I know you will not take that advice and it is a shame because is nothing that is going to change the way your body works.
From the time that we go on that first diet we are doomed.
Good luck and I hope that you find an answer that works for you.
God Blessings

Regulate your food intake in relation to your calorific output... it's a scientific fact that common obesity is due to consuming more calories than you burn.

i suggest a higher protein diet (minimise carbs), and a good proportion of low fat dairy calcium (such as skimmed milk and light cheeses) has been shown to increase the amount of dietary fat excreted by a factor of 2.

completely avoid snacking

start a regular light exercise routine, such as fast walking for 20minutes a day... nothing too strenuous cos you'll end up giving up on it cos it's too hard.

take my simple advice and watch your body transform in a couple of months

Lowering carbs...staying away from refined sugars, white bread, rice...instead eat whole grain breads, and brown rice. Everyone needs carbs for energy, but picking smart carbs will help you in your quest to lose weight. Good luck.
