I'm searching for a video game for PS2, gamecube, or computer that suits me. I don't want barbies or bratz or anything- and I don't want anything cheesy like crazy taxi or nitendo. (My brother has a few nitendo games and they are so annoying!) I ahve Animal Crossing, but I'm growing so tired of it... anyway i hope someone can give me a great answer!!! Thanx!

You will loooove the sims. Go to the thesims.com to check it out. You get to run people's lives in a variety of ways, decorate houses etc. Everyone I know loves it. There are some many different sim games to choose from: The Sims, The Sims Bustin' Out, The Urbz, The Sims 2, The Sims 2 Pets and for the computer all of the above with: The Sims Making Magic, Superstar, Livin' Large, Hot Date, The Sims 2 Nightlife, University, and Open For Business

ok, i AM a guy, and maybe shouldn't be answering this question, but i have an xbox, and DDR (dance dance revolution), and i think it's great. You have to dance to the steps shown on screen, and therefore it's not a lay on a couch get lazy game, it's and active game, and well, from what i hear, women like looking thin? well it's just a suggestion, I`m SURE it's for PS2 also. i own DDR Ultramix 3 and there is a very recent new DDR game released but it's for more recent gaming systems, like PS3 and Xbox 360. i hope this helps.

It really all depends on what the girl likes. I'll give you a few of my picks, but I'm not sure how you'll feel:

GAMECUBE
1.) Animal Crossing: This game is on the company's "Players Choice" list and for good reason. Released shortly after the system it has become a popular RTS amongst all types of gamers. The premise is that you're moving out of your parents place and starting out on your own. BUT! What you haven't figured out is, your living situation. You meet up with a Cat who phones a friend in town (that you name) and works out a deal for you to buy a home. Through the game you save up money by selling furniture and other items you collect from doing errands of the village animals. all in all, its a cute game and cheap AND will allow you to spend lots of time with it.

2.) Legend of Zelda: Windwaker
An RPG of a classic character. you play as the boy character Link and set out to rescue your sister, the princess and to restore order and light to the land! Just think...80 hours of your life can be spent playing this game!

3.) Super Smash Bros. Melee
ANY gamer will swear by this game! One of the best fighting games in the console wars you can play with up to 3 other friends or go solo through two different story modes.

PS2
1.) Final Fantasy (X, X-2, or XII)
each game has over 80 hours of gameplay. X-2 has an all female party battling against the monsters and enemies of Spira

2.) Beyond Good and Evil
action adventure game has you playing as female character Jade. a mechanic who has opened her home for orphans. there is a political war going on and Jade is caught in the middle as a possible traitor.

3.)Crazy Taxi
just what it sounds like. you play as a taxi cab driver that gies on a fast frenzied rampage to get your customers to their destinations on time

4.) Guitar Hero
if u like rock music then this is perfect:) fir $80 you can rock out to some of the best tunes in the past 20 years.

5.) Need for speed carbon
what person doesn't want a nice car? in this game you must race to success to get the car of your dreams.

PC

1.) The Sims 2
create a virtual life and play it simple or wreak havoc

I hope this helps:) feel free to contact me at ga_gamer_girl

EDITED--> HAVERST MOON has similarity to the ANIMAL CROSSING. you have a farm, plant, milk, chicken and you talk with people of city tryng to get married, win mini games,discover news places--->for gamecube and PS2 and PC

All this game are for girls and boys at that age:

the sims 2 --->simulation, pc,ps2,gamecube
virtual villagers (fun,simple,cheap but graphically and tecnichlly simple)--->simulationPC
tycoon games-->simulation pc--> construct and manage parks, malls, zoos, stores in a fun and simple way (best-->rollercoster tycoon)
some games of the site yahoo! games--> (20 bucks each game) http://games.yahoo.com/downloads
harvest moon-> simulation ps2, Gamecube

games ONLY for girls always are bad developed....less investment...since less market---> so i didn`t post any girly game
