So I am working for a client. He has his site hosted on ABC hosting company. His email address there is johndoe@acme.com

He also has Johndoe@acme at his registrar (godaddy.com) (Because he likes that interface better).

How do I make sure that he gets all his mails at his email address at godaddy.com

this is a tricky situation.

In the hosting account you'd need to set up email forwards to point to where ever he prefers to retrieve his email.

You provided Johndoe@acme.com as his email address but stated that was at the registrar. So I assume that his domain and hosting are with GD. Just log into the GD account and you will see that you can forward those email addresses to another location (or address) This way your client can just log into only ONE email address and receive all of his mail.

Set it up to be forwarded there, most mail servers have a forwarding option.
